Our 1st Annual Christmas Gift Guide for Ages 0–17 Is Coming November 9!
I’m so excited to be making this announcement!
Year after year, I’ve watched other bloggers do it and thought, I could do that! Then I’d tell myself, Well, it’s too late now. Maybe next year.
The next year would come, and I’d think, Oh, wait! You have to be part of a blogging group? The deadline for joining has already passed!
This year, I started thinking about it again. I looked at the blogging groups, which seem so organized and have a list—I tell you, a LIST—of holidays for which they create guides!
I reminded myself that comparisons are self-defeating. Maybe I could start small and grow, but the most important thing was to get started!
So here it comes!
Is it perfect? Absolutely not.
Was it delivered on my originally scheduled date of November 6? Again, no.
But the main question is: Is it pretty? Yes! Helpful? Hopefully! Does it give something back? Yes!
I hope it shares the hope and joy of Christ’s birth and reminds us that sometimes the best gift isn’t really something we buy, but the time we spend or the people we spend it with.
As Thanksgiving approaches, let’s reflect on both the good and the bad, give thanks for what we do have, and share some of it with others.
